Has anyone dealt with them and had to exchange anything? My gf bought me a glassjaw shirt from there as a bday present, but they sent the wrong size, and we can't decide if its worth it to wait forever for it to come back, if they'll even replace it, or if I should just try to shrink it a lot.

Next question.. how much does your average band shirt shrink? I need an XL shrunk down to a little less than a large. Is that possible if it's too difficult to exchange it?

if you don't feel comfy in the XL i doubt it'll shrink enough for it to be descent. if they fucked up the size, i'd call and if they won't exchange it act super, super pissed. talk to whoever you speak with's manager and be an ass. same goes for if they won't cover shipping charges or cheap out and say they'll only do standard mail.

i'd be sure they know i'm mad that they made a mistake and be sure they up for faster shipping to try and make up for their mistake.
