Someone recently recommended his album Tonight to me, and can't stop listening to it. Such a good album.

If you haven't heard him, it's very 70's sounding, in the Springsteen/Elvis Costello mold. Very authentic sounding too. Huge ass sing-a-longs, and just generally fun music.

There's a whole assload of free stuff on his site too. The "Song a day" stuff is so good.

That album is so awesome. There's a definite Elvis Costello/Bruce Springsteen vibe going.

Listened to this guy today, soooo good. Grabbed a bunch of albums off his site and various other places. Love it, lots of emotion and I totally get the Springsteen vibe and there's also a Hold Steady comparison in there.

i played with this guy at my house over the summer. no one showed up except for kids from jersey, he played an amazing fucking set in front of about 20 people in my backyard. i still smile every time i go out there.

the funny part; it looked like it was going to rain all day, then when he started his set, it cleared up a lot. then as soon as he left, my friend played a ten minute set and it started POURING. like, a ridiculous amount.
