any concert band players on here?

i know there are alot of guitarists and bassists, including myself, but who here plays in a concert band?
what instrument and what part do you play?

i play trumpet. i'm first chair, as well as section leader.

I used to play first trumpet, and then I got braces and couldn't really do it any more. The last few years I've played percussion (mainly drum set and timpani), but I may be going back to trumpet this year now that my braces are off.

Back in high school I threw down with percussion, but I do jazz and stuff now. I didn't like it too much, most of the stuff was boring to me.

i was in school choir if that counts
