I will be doing an interview with the guys of Fall Of Troy (http://www.thefalloftroy.com/) soon in celebration of their recent release of "Doppelganger". If you have any questions that you would like to ask the band, leave them in the replies and I will do my best to get them answered.

according to their bio thomas' dad was a "a session musician with Allman Brothers and Eagles in the 70’s." maybe that's what you're referring to?

we didn't say "what is doppleganger?", we're wondering "WHY doppleganger".
well isnt a handful of songs just rerecorded, remastered versions of songs from the self titled cd? i guess that could make it seem like a copy of the old album, but with a new focus. i dunno, just brainstorming.
Ask them what they are currently listenning to.

i was wondering how the fall of troy pull of their live show if their record has many guitar parts and if playing lead, complicated guitar makes it a lot harder to sing and concentrate on vocals and sounding good doing both and if he has to compromise the sound on either one?

ask thomas how he learned guitar, what he listened to while learning. did he listen to any of the allman bros shit from back in the day cuase of his dad(cause the allman brothers fucking own....everything. insturmentally at least.) Is the record supposed to be progressive? If so give us some incite as to the whole concept(which will undoubtedly tie in with the choice of title). ask him why they rock so god damn hard too. no wait, just tell him i said that.

According to one of their forums, FCPSITSGEPGEPGEP stands for "Fast Choosing Ponderosa I Took Salad Good Eatin' Phil Good Eatin' Phil Good Eatin' Phil."
http://webhome.idirect.com/~donlong/monsters/Html/Doppelga.htm
that link will explain what a doppelganger is, but I also would like to know why they decided to give their album that title.
