iTunes Distributor?

Which one is the best in your opinion? I only know of tunecore and cdbaby. Any other suggestions?

Usually if you get your CD pressed with Disc Makers then they do all of that for you, just for the fee of like $40.

i know reverbnation now offers it. i believe its a yearly fee.

cdbaby is $35 one time fee. we've done it for both of our albums and have had zero problems.
