Cartel's Set List

On the Take Cover Tour, Cartel (http://www.cartelrocks.com) will be playing the following songs off their upcoming album, Chroma, which releases September 20th on The Militia Group:

Say Anything (Else)
Honestly
Runaway
Settle Down

They also include several EP songs including "Luckie St" in their set. According to Will, they will add in "If I Fail" toward the end of the tour, when the release date of the record comes around. They will NOT entertain requests for "The Minstrel's Prayer," "Burn This City" or "Save Us" as they do not yet have the equipment or budget to get the equipment needed for those songs to be performed live. So, remember, if you guys really love Cartel, leave them a buck or two when you buy merch. Maybe they'll be able to buy that stuff and perform those songs sooner rather than later.

excited, seeing them monday....this has to be one of the most solid tours. acceptance keeps getting on solid tours like the saosin/anberlin/codeseven, and last year with dead poetic/anadivine. cant wait for TREOS again either.

Spoken like someone who has no idea what it takes to actually convert a song from the studio to live ... every band does this, Cartel are smart/nice enough to tell people flat out they won't/can't play the songs; it's better than pretending they can and not doing it anyways when a fan requests it like everyother band I've ever seen.
