His last album 11 was a disappointment. I like his music.
I'm definitely not sure about 99% of music though.

I don't think with the music taste you possess, you have the right to be calling ANYTHING bad.

Bryan Adams is one of a handful of artists I was raised on, some of my earliest memories are dancing to his work.

I don't like Bryan Adams at all. There is so much better music from that era as well as today which is far better.

I agree that there are many better artists but sadly a 4 year old doesn't get much say over whats on the stereo.

Hahah very true. I'm glad at what my parents liked. Although I'm sure if I grew up listening to Bryan Adams and John Mellencamp, I'd love them instead.

What were your parents into if you don't mind me asking? My mum was also into stuff like Phil Collins, Genesis, Bon Jovi, Prince, The Drifters, The Rat Pack, The Jam (I have some original cassettes of The Jam, actually), Meatloaf etc. I love what I grew up on, mainly cause it could have been so much worse. I'm looking at you, Country music.

Haha. They were huge on The Beatles, which is a large amount of genres right there. Lots of progressive rock like Yes, Genesis, etc., CSNY, The Doobie Brothers, Donovan, Van Morrison. Lots of protest music like that. Chicago, older stuff when they were rock, not cheese. Blood, Sweat, and Tears. The Eagles. I don't know, tons of stuff. Clapton, Santana. Tons of jazz, mostly bigger band jazz like Maynard Ferguson, Weather Report, stuff like that. Products of the 60's and 70's, mostly.
So everything from really basic rock to really complex rock, folk to psychedelic rock, jazz to funk/soul like Tower of Power and Earth, Wind, and Fire.
Bands like Bon Jovi, Prince, etc. was pretty much the stuff my dad hated, and consequently I don't like most of it. I've gotten into some more poppy 80's stuff though.

Wow, you really got a good head start in terms of musical diversity. Im genuinely jealous, my Dad listened to the cheesiest 80s pop you can imagine. That and Cliff Richard. Strangely neither of my parents liked The Beatles, the first time I ever heard them I was probably 14.

Waking Up The Neighbours was always my favourite. 18 Til I Die definitely isn't his worst.

Summer of 69 is one of the best songs ever. But this thread is a failed attempt at being x_togepi_x part II.
People actually listen to Bryan Adams?

A handfull of radio hits doesn't make you the music equivalent of sliced bread.
