New Luckie St. version

Does anyone else think the new version of Cartel's Luckie St. sounds like total shit? I like the band, but why bother to re-record a song to make it sound much worse?

first one is much! better...the new as does "save us" sounds to dumbed down and polished. The first version sounded raw, might sound stupid, but this new one sounds fake.

is he american? yeah, it's a great cd. on my top ten of the year. people really neeed to accept that, and sufjan stevens. it's the best music out to me right now.

Yeah, I think he's from Philly. I talked to him after the show he opened up for Copeland. I haven't heard the whole Sufjan CD - is it really good?

I like the newer version better. I use to like the older version more but the new one grew on me its amazing.
