Could someone recommend me pop-punk albums from around 1999-2002? I need stuff like albums by Staring Back, Don't Look Down, The Starting Line, New Found Glory, Home Grown, Allister, Midtown, etc. from that era. The more "underground" or "forgotten classic" the better. Thanks!

The Movielife's Forty hour train back to Penn pwns my butthole. I think it came out in 2003 though.

I would have suggested GSET but it didn't come out in the given timeline.
Pop punk or not, I pimp out The Lawrence Arms at every opportunity possible.
