My girlfriend of 3 years is talking to one of her friends through texting and her friend keps trying to flirt with her even though she apparently has a boyfriend in the navy. But I've seen the texts and my girlfriend doesn't flirt back. I know this sounds childish, but I don't want to tell her that I don't want her talking to her friend because I'm not possessive. On the other hand, her friend is. If she doesn't text her back within 5 minutes, her friend freaks out and if she wants to go to bed before her friend does her friend tells her that she can't. It's really starting to piss me off. I just don't know what to do.
