Cruel Hand, Atlanta GA 2/4/09

Saw this hardcore band last night, they previously on tour with H2O and I thought they were really good, and their new record is one of the better hardcore records of 2008. They played with a bunch of Atlanta locals including Foundation who were really good , I have seen them a bunch of times but they keep getting better each performance.

Cruel Hand was a lot of fun, they put on a really intense show, one of the better hardcore shows I have been to in a while. Definitely check them out if you like good heavy hardcore. Here is there set for those who know the band and want to see them (not in order):

I know Im missing a couple, so there are a couple older songs that Im not a 100% on but they played the best tracks off their new cd, Dead Weight was really awesome.

The only time I ever take interest in the set-list forum is when you post stuff. I've seen Cruel Hand a few times and they always knock me on my ass. I would imagine if you're missing a few old ones from there, they're probably Trust Me, Fact or Fiction, and Under the Ice. The new CD is definitely killer but I still enjoy Without a Pulse more.

Cool, thanks, glad I can bring interest to some of the hardcore shows. I almost didn't post about this but they were just so good that I had to try and encourage people to see them. But I think they did play Trust Me, and maybe one more but the majority was new stuff. They asked the crowd if they wanted an old song or new song for the encore and everyone wanted a new one.

I personally like the new cd better but a lot of it starts to sound the same after a while, so I could see liking the old cd better.
