I made a thread in general, but on second thought I realized it probably would be better in this forum.
It's a 25 minute video, but it provides astounding insight into the failure of the credit ratings agencies. I know that there was a thread a few days ago about people being affected by the recession--well, here's one of the major causes of the economic crisis that we are in. It's really kind of absurd that this was never a bigger story than it was.
This video portrays what is a relatively complicated problem in a pretty straightforward way and I highly recommend it for everybody who has any interest in the breakdown of the economy.
