When you said programs, that totally threw me off. I assumed this was going to be TV shows. Regardless, my favorite sci-fi...regardless of movie or TV.

the twilight zone is the ultimate sci-fi franchise.

i have the definitive collection of the five original series... like 29 DVDs and 150+ episodes... great purchase!

Gotta love The Matrix, and Lost has sort of crossed over into sci-fi a little bit (maybe a lotta bit) and I also enjoy the original Star Wars flicks
