Baltimore-DC-area musicians!
I want to start a cover band to play events on the weekends and make some serious money, but I'm also interested in just jamming with new people in case the former doesn't work out, haha - I'm mostly interested in covering pop/pop-punk/alternative songs - I'm thinking a lot of powerpop hits from the late 90's, maybe some Blink-182, Third Eye Blind, all that kind of stuff, you know...and maybe some other stuff, depending on whatever other people want to play/what audiences want to hear.
I play guitar and have (what I consider to be) some pretty nice equipment (fender deluxe, deluxe fat strat, a few pedals.) I can sing a little, but I would love to find a talented singer to focus on vocals, so I'm basically looking for a bassist, drummer, another guitarist, maybe a keyboardist, and hopefully someone can sing.
