Personally, I think this first episode is much better than season 2's. It's got a lot of drama, and is a lot faster as well and less boring.

Trey goes into a coma, and Ryan, Seth and Marissa are questioned over the shooting. Kirsten does well enough to leave the drinking recovery centre, but decides not to since she doesn't want to disappoint her family. Trey wakes up, and Julie pays him off to say Ryan shot him and Marissa didn't. Ryan goes back to jail, but Marissa and the gang get into the hospital and get Trey to confess Marissa did it. Julie gets pissed off at her, and some other stuff happens. Oh, and Trey disappears. The end
