View Full Version : To celebrate the hopeful return of Blink-182

poppunknerd182

I am offering for free download most of my (sadly) massive Blink-182 media collection. I will give credit where credit is due, a lot of this stuff I got off the old punkdisasters.com. I know all the people that read this won't like Blink and probably think this will waste their time, but I hope other people can appreciate the things I am putting in here.

I put this in the music forum so we can also discuss Blink, your favorite memories, what you would like to see happen, your favorite albums, favorite songs, pictures, etc.

Let me know how you like the shit as well.

here we go.....

The best in terms of quality are

2000 Big Day Out
2001 Chicago (DVD rip so Mark Tom and Travis quality)
2003 Reding Festival (CD quality basically)

Fort Worth is decent video quality, decent sound, camcorder but a good one. It's excellent for 1995

Big Day Out is a television rip so sound is from the board and multiangles on the video

Wembley is camcorder, sometimes obviously hidden or moved, but its a small fize size so it's worth the DL

Irvine....same deal as Wembley

Chris Fallon
02/08/09, 01:37 PM
TOYPAJ is far more immature than Enema, by a fucking long shot. Listen to the lyrics in nearly every TOYPAJ song -- perhaps the epitome of immature, in nearly every way.

That being said, I love that album regardless. Good memories.

it's a wonderful album, I've debated with myself for years if I like TOYPAJ or Enema more

and to the other kid, if you like maturity, why don't you like the untitled album?

blink-182 and I share a plethora of memories -- each of their albums got me through many days in middle & high school, so I will always have a soft spot for specific songs that trigger certain memories of walking to school, sitting in my room and being the soundtrack for my airplane ride.

I still remember pre-ordering TOYPAJ at Sam Goody

Lemmings is a full of awesome quotes,

"You're gonna drown in the mess you make
Your self-inflicted hate
You turn your back on the friends you lose
When they don't follow all your rules

But people are what they wanna be
They're not lemmings to the sea
Maybe it's time you looked at yourself
And stop blaming life on someone else "

Lemmings is in my top 3 favorite Blink 182 songs. Probably because of it's personal meaning to me. That song will never get old.
It's a perfect song

You posted a link to an album -- these are for live videos, etc., the type of stuff you could find on YouTube for many bands -- or even multimedia bands post on fansites.

If I don't get a ticket, I will go kill a FOB fan.

agreed DejaNew, I'd like to see FOB, but don't want their popularity on the tour. At least they aren't as popular now as a year or two ago.

I'm going to be adding a lot of stuff the next few days and reupping some of the links that have been taken down from the original posts.

More live shows, all the music videos and lots of making ofs, some AVA stuff, some +44 stuff, some BCR stuff.
