Well it might be because, this site started off as Blink 182 fansite? Or I've realized that whoever Jason likes pretty much everyone else on this site likes....? But anyhow I agree with you, and on this site Green Day is by far the less popluar of the two bands. However, outside of this site they are one of the biggest bands in the world, but whatever.

Oh, and it's very annoying that I have to see every single Blink thread explode and say how great they are when really they aren't. That song that just so happens to have Mark Hoppus in it (which is horrible) and almost everyone loves it.... whatever. I'm about to just block all the Blink news.

blink was way more unexpected and exciting, even though events were building up since november.
6 months ago there was no hope for a blink reunion, but we all new green day was on the way.

I'm in the same boat. There's just certain bands that this site seems to drool over. Blink, Brand New, Starting Line, etc. I never understood what it is that makes a band popular on this site
