Hey, I'm back. I haven't been on the forums in well over 6 months, but I have returned! Pretend to care.

Anyways, here's my story:

Last June, I started dating this girl. She was great, funny, smart, etc. etc. Pretty much everything I could ever want. I quickly fell for her pretty hard. We both believed we were in love. Our relationship moved pretty quickly, and in July, I had sex for the first time. I lost my virginity to her, something I knew I would only do with someone I was completely in love with, and trusted with my life. And I felt this way about her, completely.

We dated for a year and 3 months, and I was the happiest person on the face of the earth. But 2 weeks ago, she came to me and told me she couldn't be in a relationship with me anymore. She had been seeing someone else.

This girl is 17, and has been having sex with her 25 year old, married neighbor.

Ouch.

The thing is, every time I think I'm over her, she comes over and we have sex, and I fall for her again. It's like she's keeping me attached so she'll have someone to fall back on, and I know she's doing it, but I can't tell her no, and I can't stop being in love with her.

So yeah, this pretty much sucks, because now there's an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful girl that I'm beginning to get closer to, and I know I want to be with her, but I don't want the shadow of my ex looming over the relationship, and I especially don't want to have to deal with her coming over and trying to screw me if I'm with someone.

Arg. Anyways, yeah, that's it.

It kinda sounds like you know what you need to do, so at least there's that. It's definitely not going to be easy because as a guy, it's sort of built into us that if there's sex up for grabs we're gonna take it. Just be strong and maybe give her one or two more talks, but just try to distance yourself so you can have some time to get yourself ready enough to be around her and not give in to what she wants. So she's coming over today, proabably to try to "prove her worth" to me, because in her mind, she's only good for fucking. And I'm going to have to tell her no, and break her heart, etc. etc. but oh well.

I really think I'm falling for this other girl.

The only problem is, she lives kind of far away. I would only get to see her on the weekends, until she moves closer for college next semester. But it would be worth it.
