iTunes help :(

so the other day i tried opening iTunes, and it tells me "the procedure entry point WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not be located in the dynamic link library MPR.dll"

and
i don't really know what that means.
but iTunes won't open.

i've tried uninstalling it, deleting everything from it, restarting, reinstalling it, and restarting it again, and it stll doesn't work.

help! :(

your system might be missing that .dll file. run a search for it on the net and find out if its got anything to do with media players?

im not a computer whizz, but my limited knowledge would lead me to try that first.

heres some help

dont use iTunes...all iPods work with Real Media Player, which im pretty sure you can get free from their site..go with that, its a lot easier to use, as well as user friendly
