I searched and didn't find a thread. Does anyone else like these guys? I've been meaning to give them a listen for awhile and finally got around to getting their album today and I've been loving it.

Recommended for fans of: No Trigger, Lifetime, Broadway Calls and Daggermouth

I'm pretty sure they plan on writing/recording an album soon. That last one's been out in Canada for 2+ years. I think I read that in an interview recently; just don't ask me for a source. Haha.

Scratch that: They've already started writing! (http://www.punknews.org/article/35147) And a MySpace post was made on New Year's Eve stating something similar about writing. So we shall see. Maybe there's a reason they're laying low.

Saw them last night with Polar Bear Club. Ian from the Fullblast was singing leads because their singer was away at a wedding or something to that effect.

It was cool as shit to see!

Yeah, Black Box said they'd have a 7" with new stuff on it for the US tour so it should be soon. I'm mostly just interested to hear what it'll sound like with the new singer.

Yeah, they have a new bassist too, Bill from A Textbook Tragedy is with them now. Matt left in September I think, but they never made a huge announcement about it. They just brought on Stu and carried on like nothing much happened so I think there's still some people who don't know, haha.

That sucks, but hopefully it was just an off night or something. I was going to go catch them with Comeback Kid, but I was too busy. I didn't even know they had a new singer until two days after when someone who went told me.

And Matt seemed to have missed a number of shows so maybe that's part of the reason he's gone now. The last time I saw them was at this tiny basement show near the end of 2008 and their guitar player sang the set instead.

New single "Honestly, Honestly" streaming over at Adeline's site! (http://www.adelinerecords.net/news/310) Overall? I'm pleasantly surprised. It'll take some getting used to, but I'm digging the new singer's voice. The band sounds the same otherwise--in a good way!

Also noteworthy: This dude sounds just a bit cleaner when he sings. That should help them win over some new fans!

Definitely liking this song quite a bit after a few spins! I still miss the old singer, but this is pretty rad. Very similar to a lot of Make Your Mark (sans the singing), but I'm definitely eager for more!

my sound is definitely on yet nothing is coming on when i click the link and i don't seem to see a play button anywhere. it says "you are listening to... liviing with lions - Holy Shit" but nothing is playing.

I think the are great live, if your referring to their set from TWY tour, their was 1 song off holy shit, 4 off of their first full length, and 3 from their old EP.

Can't believe this band isn't bigger. Old stuff is great and new album sounds fantastic so far (just playing through it now). It's a shame so many people these days overlook talented bands like this. I blame it on the fact that there are so many generic crappy bands for every one good one.
