For a few years I've felt like I've been in a strange warp musically. Especially last year with all of these new strange bands coming into the main stream. However after the past week I feel like everything is coming around for the better (in my opinion). We got New Found Glory coming out with a new record, Blink is recording again, Thursday's new album just came out, Coheed's at bonnaroo with the Mars Volta, Brand New has a new album coming soon, the same for Green Day . A few months back there were some posts about where the scene had gone and what would be the future. Basically my question is.. Is the old pop/punk/prog/rock scene that I grew to love ready to come back and kick some neon crunk core ass?
