I saw him the other night and he was amazing. I haven't been impressed withhis performances since A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar but he was awesome...played for an hour and a half by himself playing a few new songs which sounded good and lots of old stuff (Sharp Hint Of Tears being my favorite). He then came out and did an encore electric with his opening band backing him up and they sounded way better than his regular back up band has ever sounded.
He hung out with the stage crew after the show until they were done tearing everything down and signed autographs and talked to everyone who wanted to meet him...so that makes him ok in my book. And these benefits are definately just another sign of his good character.

I'm going to see the Benefit show in Toronto on Sunday i'm so damn excited. I guess all the proceeds are going to the victims even what they get from selling merch.

I'll be at this show, and it just happens to be taking place on my 21st birthday. Good times will abound. I can't wait.

yeah, there's this ancient device that'll do the trick. it's called a Video Cassette Recorder. you can get one at Wal-Mart or any other department store for about 25-30 bucks.
