Why would I despise you? I perfectly understand why some people don't like it. Archie's writing is amazing though. I love the lyrics and song meanings pages to their site. The new album is going to be intense, and I for one, can't wait.

Yes, they're pretty excellent. I actually detested them until I saw them open for Finch last year and my opinion completely changed. Their drummer is truly incredible, best witnessed live over the record.

ok, heres my opinion on the matter....they are like a really freaking bad trip. their cd, is ok, its not a favorite of mine but it was good. them live....horrible. i saw them open for something corporate. and it was cold and kinda rainy. so i thought maybe i didnt like them under those circumstances. i wanted to see soco and it was just icky outside. so then i caught them again with the academy is..., they may have actually been worse that time. it was just bad. i dont even know where to begin on saying what i didnt like about it. it was just a really loong boring set that made me feel like i took some bad drugs.

i think i was expecting way better from them. i dont know. the first time i saw them (with soco) i hadnt heard their music. i knew who they were only because fbr was doing cd deals for them and fall out boy. but i hadnt heard their music. so that was also another reason why i gave them another try. by the time i saw them with tAI i knew more of their songs and such. i probably wouldnt even go see them open for someone. id come late just because i dont think i could last through another one of their sets.
