What are some of your (bands and band members) worst tour experiences?

For me, the worst thing that I've ever been through was such a nightmare.
It was the last night of our winter tour and it was the worst snow storm....
We played this show in Suffern, NY and the place was wacked out.. all the kids there were so rude to the bands before us so we knew that they would be when we went on.
As Im loading in my stuff... two wheels pop off of my cab.. sending my amp head flying into the air and crashing onto the ground... I wanted to cry!
Lucky we got through our painful set and set down of stuff. On the way out (i had to carry my cab) the other wheels fell off as well.
Then my drummer starts freaking because his drum petals were broken.
gah lame i know!

That's shitty dude. My old band (of 4 years) was booked for a 3 week tour, hitting 11 states..and 5 days into our tour, our singer decided he wasn't down anymore, and quit our band. We drove 24 hours straight from Washington to Fullerton, CA. It was pretty crappy. It worked out in the long run though, cause now we have a new band that we're much more stoked about.

This fat drunk guy passed out while trying to walk and took out like 3 people. His arm hit me in the head. I was so pissed.

Playing to five people, realizing it was not a showcase but a battle of the bands, and losing to an acoustic Flight Of The Conchords rip-off who covered Bitches Ain't Shit.

This one time my band was headling a show and it was a high school and it ended with me getting beat up by a principle and vice principle

Damage to the van after a hail storm in New Hampshire pelted the shit out of us. Flat tire in a fucking downpour. Driving through a few feet of snow will sliding like sideways for half the time. Scary shit but they make for good stories later on.
Oh the worst was getting appendicitus in New Jersey and taking a train back home and going straight to the hospital. Surgery took me out of the rest of the tour.

Winter driving is never fun. Especially when your driver likes to go 60 through back winding roads and spin you into a 360. Not fun at all.

I haven't had the experience of driving in the winter on tour yet, hopefully I won't. It seems like that's when all the bad things happen.
