:D:D :D i cannot stress how much i love this band and their CD

even my dad lieks them haha and he has a doctorate in music from OU :D them, Copeland, Limbeck, and The Snake The Cross The Crown are the only bands i listen to who he likes lol

The Snake the Cross the Crown and Socratic are amazing!!! copelands also good.... also did TSTCTC definatly break up?

Their music isn't entirely terrible but read the lyrics. They are flat our awful. "hey screamo whats the deal?..." seriously, that's just not good.

I love Socratic.
But I must say, I think "B to E" is a better song. I can listen to that song forever <33

there's some really forced rhyming that gets to me ("take off your shoes, your balance you start to lose"), but i really love the lyrics besides that. there's one or two lines in every song that i'm just like wow, that was just awesome. ("it never made much sense to me how even the lonesome trees can always dance with the breeze" would be one of those)

the ideas, thought and meaning behind many of the songs i find to be pretty creative for bands of their genre or at the very least not so much the typical "wahhhh this girl broke my heart" theme. i mean, a lot of the songs make me think about what they're actually writing about ("and i'll sit around with the deceased and chat about how we were living") rather than just sitting there and being like oh that's nice, you got your heart broken.

When I heard it I thought they sound sort of like Waking Ashland trying to sound like Ben Folds. But I like it. The lyrics are unique.
