My vote is for Travis just as an influence to myself. Im sure most of the people on this site are musicians in one way or another so I'm sure we all can agree that what Travis does is truly mind blowing.

Andy is very good at what he does. I'm not sure he'll ever be widely hailed as outstanding, but he delivers the tasty chops every time.

Cyrus is a hell of a musician as well.

Tre Cool should have been added to this list! He's not as good as Barker but sure gives Steve-O and Cyrus a run for their money. FOB's drumming has never impressed me, nor has their music in general.

Travis is fucking awesome, but some times I think he parts are a little too crazy. Like the verse to Adam's Song is amazing, but for some reason I don't like it in that part. Don't really know why, but thats just my opinion.

I really enjoy playing NFG songs on drums though, so I went with them.

There's a key difference between "favorite" and "best"....that being said I vote for other because my favorite pop punk drummer would be Zac Farro of Paramore. I see a lot of potential in him and love what he comes up with. Especially with the live intro's and outro's. But of course, Travis Barker is probably the best.
