Corosedine - New Drug of Choice?

ok so a lot of my friends are starting to drink robotussin and all that shit. im just wondering if its popular other places.

they are buying these pills over the counter called Corosedine.. which is basically what is in Robotussin that makes you high or whatever if you drink enough of it. So they take like a bunch of these pills and yeah i guess it makes you feel all trippy. i just felt really scared when i did it.

has anyone else heard of people doing this? and how bad can this potentially be?

I had some friends doing it but it was a really short phase. I'm sure if you are using it in excess to get a high it can be very dangerous. Mabye not in the short run but hazardous nonetheless. If you are going to use drugs, use some that are actually used as drugs, don't try to make your own highs.

Except they call it "Robo-tripping"--which is kinda catchy. but anyways, the stuff that really does it for ME in cold pills is in benadryl. diphenhydramine hcl... god damn, i love that shit. it's also the "sleep aid" in tylenol PM. one or 2 of those little benadryl pills and i'm asleep for 10 hours. dig it

Dextromethorphan.. yeah i knew thats what the active ingrediant is that makes you get fucked up. but i think they are switching to the pills because it has a higher dosage of it.

I did it for a while. It's only a phase, eventually everyone will stop doing it and talk to other people about how they can't do it anymore. If you take too many Corosedine, yes, it can be pretty dangerous. However, the only side effects I have from drinking tussen and taking tussen pills is my throat is a little more sensitive, so I can't take huge pills sometimes, and I gag a little easier.

I don't know if someone posted this already, I'm too lazy to read the whole thread, but yeah, dextromethorphan is the active ingrediant, as it is in a few other cough medicines, but Coricidin has some other shit that when you take high dosages that it can cause problems. I would recommend using Robotussin if you planned to robo-buzz again. Or just stick to something less costly.

people call it robo-tripping around me. Basically you just drink enough robitussin that you get an insane amount of DXM in your system. It's supposed to be just like tripping, with intense visuals and shit. I haven't tried it though, I feel like when I get to the point that I'm drinking cough syrup to get high, I really have nothing worthwhile in my life.

It just makes you sound like a loser, getting high on over the counter medicine.

it just feels like you're too worried about getting caught. If you're buying robitussin, nobody's going to ask questions or think twice about it. If you're going to get high, do it right. Plus robitussin just tastes like ass.

best pill i ever ate were the green nikes, cut with mescaline. that was a CRAZY night. but yea, i was never really a fan of the "dopey" pills. there was just something i didnt like about laying on the floor chewing on a tooth brush.
