What is your favorite Metalcore vocalist?

Of those I like Spencer and Craig Owens but Craig isn't a fucking metalcore vocalist. Chiodos isn't even metalcore. Keith Buckley is my favorite and him not being on here is a fucking travesty. Also where the fuck is Dallas Taylor? Most of these aren't even metalcore vocalists.

I'd say Howard Jones from Killswitch Engage, but TBH Jesse the old singer from Killswitch Engage was better than him. Most of those bands are awful so it's not much of a poll.

But to answer the poll, I went with Hranica. Usually when I listen to metal/metalcore/hardcore, I listen for THUH SZWEET BRKDWONS. Whereas TDWP has those, I think their songs are better because of him being able to go from "br00tal" lows to blood curdling highs.

Josh Scogin (The Chariot, ex-Norma Jean). Amazing range of high screams to low "br00tal" growls. Granted the man doesn't sing, but they put on a freakin insane show.

out of that group probably Chamberlain or Lambesis, theres other good ones, back in the day FATA sounded good, before they sucked that is, Palumbo's great, and while he's not a "metalcore" vocalist, no one can completely abuse their vocal chords while retaining great pipes like Mike Patton haha, and theres not a metalcore frontman that would argue with that.

i voted for craig owens but I could have easily gone for howard jones, alex varkatzas, Spencer chamberlain OR George Pettit, quite honestly i'm not huge on metalcore like most of the people in the replies, and granted you all know more about metalcore vocalists than I do, but I think those guys do a really good job and are definitly considered great vocalists for the music they play. Quite frankly I'm pretty sure I voted for Craig Owens just to represent our hometown, or homestate boy and represent DEEETROIIIIIT haha
