Common sense would say Pittsburgh lost the game, not New England won.
Go Priest, tonight.

Common sense would say Pittsburgh lost the game, not New England won.
Go Priest, tonight.then common sense would be an ultra dumb fuck extraordinaire with down syndrome
guess what?
B. Roethlisburger: 12/28 - 216 yards
(42% passing)
W. Parker: 55 yards rushing
that is total domination by a defense, sorry to tell you
despite a fluke of an 85 yeard touch down and a dumb red zone pass interference the Pats defense played with the Steelers like a chew toy.

You obvioulsy lack simple football logic. Each team made plenty of mistakes. The worst mistakes are ones that involve possible scoring drives or plays. The plays NE fans point to are the two redzone turnovers, or a possible 14 points. The plays PIT fans point to are the fumbled lateral and false start on a made FG attempt, or a possible 10 points. What's the obvious difference in these plays? The Steelers defense forced the two fumbles, the Steelers defense caused the INT by tipping the pass, and catching the jump ball. The lateral was all on Randle El, unforced by NE. The false start (something I didn't even see happen) was all on Brooks, the guy it was called on. Those are unforced errors. Big plays that cost the Steelers two scoring drives, and the Patriots had nothing to do with them.
I'm glad we were treated to a playoff game in week 3 (it was obviously a playoff game, NE won by 3 on Vinatieri's leg), but I'm disappointed that each team played with many mistakes, one team forcing mistakes, the other hurting themselves.

im getting used to the other team losing, not new england winning
hell, it happened in three out of three super bowl wins...might as well happen the rest of the season
id bet money that NE could never win a super bowl by MORE than three points...i said that after their first super bowl win...havent been wrong since then

im a huge pittsburgh fan myself, id usually be devastated the steelers lost, but the patriots played a hell of a game. they deserved the win.
and nothing made me happier than watching chad scott blow coverage for the OTHER team, after watching him do it for years with pittsburgh.
regardless, without a doubt, these are the two best teams in football.
