How much HD space the full install of Logic Studio takes up?

being the man that I am, logic studio took up a bit less than 50 GB with all the built in plugins, effects, and jampacks. Add an extra 35 GB from things like Guitar Rig and such, and I total out at round dang near 90 GB for my DAW and plugin/vst setup alone. thank god 1.5 tb!!!

90 GB? How many plug ins is that?

My hard drive currently has 40 GB of space used up. That includes Vista 64 bit, Cubase LE, Sonar LE, Ableton Live Lite 4, Ableton Live Lite 7, all plug ins, and all other software on my computer.

On my old computer, I had used about 15 GB total, for Cubase LE, Windows XP, plug ins, all my other software like anti-viruses and crap, and about 10 projects worth of audio files. Not to mention a slew of pictures and a little music.

easily about 45-50 gb from logic and the built in apple/garageband plugins. add in 3rd party mastering tools like izone 4, guitar rig for di recorded guitar, and komplete 5... could've been MUCH more, but I didn't install all the komplete 5 plugins when I got it. may do so soon though, as I updated my laptop's internal to 500 GB (woo!!!)
