the tour starts tonight. im going in just over 2 weeks. i'm hoping atleast 1 person from here goes before that and can tell me set lists for all the bands. i want to know what new shit they are playing the most. but complete sets would be great.

I could however, attend both shows the same day, as they are 4 hours/a few blocks apart

I'm going November 23rd, the Jersey date. Can't wait to see some live Panic! At The Disco. The fact that i can also enjoy some Motion City Soundtrack, The Starting Line, and Fall Out Boy is also quite awesome.
Of course, I could do without the hordes of 13-year-olds who will undoubtedly show up for FOB's set, but what can I do?

I'm going Saturday to the Cleveland one and I can't wait!! I'm just not all that thrilled for all the psycho screaming girls that are probably there to see Fall Out Boy, but I'm psyched to see them. Anyone going this week, let me know how it is and what's played. I wanna check out all the Nintendo stuff... But the girls I'm going with aren't into that stuff, so that is going to be no fun for me.

Yeah they did. Greg interns for Nintendo of America and he asked them if it was cool to officially make a thread on ap.net. Duh, don't you know anything?
I found out that my show's door time is 5:00. WHAT IS THAT? I've never been to a 5:00 show before.
As for band order, all I know is that Panic! is first. They are the reason I'm going, so if I miss them (and I will), I'm going to be so mad. There's no way I can make a 5:00 show.

that would be amazing. i saw them at the norva (which is a venue that usually holds about 2500 people) with onelinedrawing, a static lullaby, and scraps and heart attacks. there were about 200 people there, it was so fantastic. still one of my favorite shows ever.

I made a note write down the set lists or something if no one puts them on here by Saturday. Hopefully someone does before I go this weekend. Yeah I hope MCS plays My Favorite Accident too. They better! It's my favorite at the moment, even if it is from their first CD and I love the title LGFUAD. Seriously took me a minute to get that one lol But I'm betting they will play it. I was on the site to vote for what FOB should play today and Get Busy Living wasn't an option because that's what I got on to vote for! So I'm kinda sad about that... So I voted for XO. Mostly their older ones (Grand Theft Autumn, Chicago is so Two Years Ago) were winning. Basically, they could play anything and I would be happy, but those are my two faves.

I'm still hoping that people get too involved with the Nintendo stuff up till FOB comes on because we all know that people going haven't even heard of anyone else there. So hopefully they get distracted by that and I can make my way to the front. :D

Yeah you could be right, I'm not arguing there. Just saying that around here they don't appear to be too big. Like most of the people I know that listen to the same kind of music as me (FOB, The Academy Is...) have heard of TSL but don't listen to them. They're trying to be "cool" and get to stuff ahead of me, when in reality they are behind (thinking they beat me to MCS, HA!) But that's another rant for another day. Actually, quite a fun rant of how I'm better than everyone else... Okay, stepping off my high horse before someone takes me down lol

I assume by looking at nintendos official site for this tour that starting line will be the second last to play followed by fall out boy. I wish MCS was second last I couldn't care too much to see fall out boy but now i'm stuck with starting line second last and my two favourites in mcs and bno playing second and third...:(

I know at Warped Tour I couldn't stand being on the floor for Fall Out Boy because of the women. I mean, this might be taken the wrong way, but they just did not know what they were doing, and were scared, and aauuugh. I hated it. Is it like that for this?

My friends dad is a cop in providence, and he knows workers at lupos and dunkin donuts and usually get us in for the tail end of the sound checks. We'll get to pick where we want to be, and I plan on staying there until Fall Out Boy is on. I don't really have any interest in seeing them if thier crowd is anything like Warped.

my plan is to be up front for panic and BNO and MCS since less people know and l,ove them. then when TSL hits stage we will go to the back to avoid the little girls. we both love TSL and FOB but we cant stand the girls. and i was upfront fro TSL in april and backstage with them in May. so TSL i can easily watch from afar. i wish i could be upfront for my first FOB concert but.... its not worth the annoyance.

At least they're playing some good songs...I saw Patron Saint on there...which is probably the one I want to see them play the most...but I think TSL might get a longer set here considering this is their hometown...I'll let you know though..

same thing happened to me, the only songs I caught were I Write Sins Not Tragedies and Time To Dance. The lead singer is an awesome guy, he was just walking around talking to everyone afterwards. I thought the whole Fall Out Boy performance was a little over the top with the guy holding those cards and the Pete voice overs. Fall Out Boy said their second act was going to be old stuff, the only old thing they played was Moving Pictures

Took me forever to find this sucker...
Okay, I made it back. Great concert! As for set list... yeah they just played what everyone has said, nothing different. Kinda disappointing. I really wanted to hear LGFUAD, Make Out Kids, and Photography. Oh and Get Busy Living. Didn't hear any of those :( Let's see.... P!ATD was amazing. Same with MCS. MCS was my favorite set. I was surprised at how great P!ATD sounded. Awesome live show. hmmmmm TSL was okay... but I never really listened to them too much... First time seeing FOB and I wasn't that impressed... I think I can live if I don't see them again. Yeah. I wanna see P!ATD again tho. Really bad.
I think that's it.... I probably could have left halfway through TSL. They played Best of Me second or third, I can't remember. I could have left after that and been satisfied. Then again I was about dead and dehydrated lol I didn't have much energy for FOB which could play a part in it.
No, I didn't check out Zelda. I remembered, but we went and got shirts then went right in. Also it all turned out okay getting there. Surprisingly easy getting up there. Got tickets fast, as soon as we got in line they opened the gates. So it worked out. Didn't miss P!ATD and I'm glad that we didn't. Oh and their lead singer is cute... haha

They did pretty good. I went into the show not knowing much of their stuff. I had downloaded some, but I didn't listen to it too much cause it wasn't quite my thing... But I think that their live show was really good compared to that. While they were performing, I was like, why don't I listen to them? So I'm going to give them another shot. Download what they performed tonight if I don't already have it.

Ok so my experience from last nights show, lengthy but good i guess.
So waiting in line to get in honestly the ratio of 14 year olds to about 20 year olds and above was about 25 to 1 maybe more, it was rediculous. So we got in late but fortunately we caught all of P!ATD's set and they were amazing. Boys night out were amazing as well. Now during BNO's set all I feel is the pinching on my back and it was there for 10 seconds and it fucking killed so I looked back ready to elbow the person and it was some little girl so I just cooled down, again during there set I feel it on my arm and she was fucking biting me and spazzing at everyone around her cuz she was getting killed and her bf was there and i told him if she fucking does that again im gonna knock you out so he leaves with her.
Now, MCS was hands down the best there, they played one more song from the setlists posted and that was "Better Open the Door." During there set pete from FOB came out and sang a little. During "The Future Freaks Me Out" Justin barely sang gave it all to the crowd to do was which was pretty good.
After mcs i left the pit (i didnt want to see TSL) to get some mcs merch. TSL can't really comment but from what i heard they were the worst of the night.
Now after tsl i decided i'd go in the pit for FOB (not much of a fan but last band of the night why not) so anyways they took about 45 minutes to come out, everyone started booing and chanted wtf. So after there first song, there bassist (don't know his name, not much of a fan) explained the crowd that some guy was hitting girls back stage and clocked there promoter a few times so they had to take care of that and also FOB's and TSL's equipment got stuck at the border (and all of FOBS merch) so they had to use MCS's and BNO's. Anyways there performance was ok they really got the crowd in it tho, well the bassist, he was doing some crazy shit from jumping in the crowd a few times to standing on something that was wobbling and 10 feet high it looked like he was gonna kill himself.
So MCS was the best hands down then i'd have to go with boys night out (due to them being local). So yea i got home and i have two huge bite marks on my back, it wasn't a pinch, i have to go see my doctor cuz its really really bad. Man way too many 14 year olds and down, they were getting killed in the pit, bottom line was i felt so out of place there and there was TOO many there. And oh yea a rediculous thing since FOB didn't have merch the band members created 50 shirts that looked like crap and were selling them for $50 canadian, ripoff.

So waiting in line to get in honestly the ratio of 14 year olds to about 20 year olds and above was about 25 to 1 maybe more, it was rediculous. So we got in late but fortunately we caught all of P!ATD's set and they were amazing. Boys night out were amazing as well. Now during BNO's set all I feel is the pinching on my back and it was there for 10 seconds and it fucking killed so I looked back ready to elbow the person and it was some little girl so I just cooled down, again during there set I feel it on my arm and she was fucking biting me and spazzing at everyone around her cuz she was getting killed and her bf was there and i told him if she fucking does that again im gonna knock you out so he leaves with her.
Now, MCS was hands down the best there, they played one more song from the setlists posted and that was "Better Open the Door." During there set pete from FOB came out and sang a little. During "The Future Freaks Me Out" Justin barely sang gave it all to the crowd to do was which was pretty good.
After mcs i left the pit (i didnt want to see TSL) to get some mcs merch. TSL can't really comment but from what i heard they were the worst of the night.
Now after tsl i decided i'd go in the pit for FOB (not much of a fan but last band of the night why not) so anyways they took about 45 minutes to come out, everyone started booing and chanted wtf. So after there first song, there bassist (don't know his name, not much of a fan) explained the crowd that some guy was hitting girls back stage and clocked there promoter a few times so they had to take care of that and also FOB's and TSL's equipment got stuck at the border (and all of FOBS merch) so they had to use MCS's and BNO's. Anyways there performance was ok they really got the crowd in it tho, well the bassist, he was doing some crazy shit from jumping in the crowd a few times to standing on something that was wobbling and 10 feet high it looked like he was gonna kill himself.
So MCS was the best hands down then i'd have to go with boys night out (due to them being local). So yea i got home and i have two huge bite marks on my back, it wasn't a pinch, i have to go see my doctor cuz its really really bad. Man way too many 14 year olds and down, they were getting killed in the pit, bottom line was i felt so out of place there and there was TOO many there. And oh yea a rediculous thing since FOB didn't have merch the band members created 50 shirts that looked like crap and were selling them for $50 canadian, ripoff.

I was at the show in TO as well. Fuck boys night out are so rad it's not even funny. I tried buying their hoodie but all they had were XXL's left. I figured I would buy it off the website, I check it this morning and they have the same godamn sizes. I'm sorry but their fans are not XXL's.
Anyways. My fave show was BNO and then I guess MCS too. I hung around the bar for Starting line though, I don't find them any good. Wasn't that FOB shirt thing fucking bullshit? 50 dollars, fucking chill out. I would have sold them for like 10 .... whatever. They're so big now, they can do whatever the fuck they want and no one's gonna say anything about it.

Barrier between crowd and stage - takes a lot away from the experience at certain shows. I guess sometimes it's necessary, but I still don't like it. It really takes away from the band/fan interaction though.

fat girls crowdsurf? fuck i'm 125 and worried about massively hitting someone. I've never really seen fat people crowd surf I always figured they knew better. there's some things fat people can't do and some things small people can't either and people should respect that.
it does take away from some things but there are way too many jackasses just waiting to go onstage and make a total ass of themselves. I went to a show once and this kid actually climbed onstage and tried to jump into the crowd only the crowd was too far away and he landed on the railing. Dumb ass. He got SO hurt too. I saw them last night here in Phiadelphia...I don't have a setlist but I can give you a few details...Panic! was great just as everyone has been saying...they played five songs or so...then BNO came on...they were fucking great and had awesome energy....the lead singer threw up his water bottle...I caught it and drank whatever was left because it was hot as shit...all night people were sharing waters and just throwing the water up in the air so people could cool off a little bit...next was MCS...they were awesome, better than I expected and I had high hopes for them...they played a nice mix of old and new stuff...as did BNO....then it was TSL and they were really good surprisingly and the fact that it was a hometown show just made it a little better I guess....then FOB came on...they put on a great show and only had one fuck up that I noticed...but I think Pete just needs to keep himself from saying some things....some of the stuff he says is cool (like the Diamons in the Sky if you feel the vibe thing) but a lot of other stuff he said was just gay....I was really surprised by FOB I kept hearing they were horrible in concert and they weren't bad at all...the lead singer from Panic! came out and sang on the last song (Saturday)....all of the bands were really tight and didn't fuck up very much at all...

I saw the tour Saturday in Lowell. Fall Out Boy was awesome, a lot better than I thought they would be. The Starting Line was pretty good, Motion City Soundtrack sucked, Boys Night Out was good and I missed Panic!

Last night i went to the roseland show.
Major awesome things happening...
1) Panic! was awesome. Not so many people in the crowd were into it though, but they were pretty amazing.
2) BNO was good, but probably my least favorite performance of the night.
Someone got hurt in the middle of their set and they had to stop for about 10 minutes to wait for help.
3) MCS is when the crowd finally started to get into it. They were amazing and everybody went nuts.
4) TSL was my favorite of the night. I've seen them live before and they were decent, but they put on a crazy good show last night.
5) Okaaay, and FOB.
It started with Jay-Z coming out and introducing them. People went crazyyy, it was probably the most excited some people were the whole night. Afterwards he went upstairs in the balcony with Beyonce. No one was paying any attention to FOB for the first 3 songs cause everyone was turned towards the balcony giving the roc-a-fella sign.
FOB suprised me. I thought they were gonna suck based on what I've seen from their TV performances, but they actually sounded decent. They put on a really good show.
During "Sophmore slump or Comeback of the Year" William Beckett (who i'm in love with) from The Academy Is... came out of nowhere and sang part of it.
P!ATD came back out and sang with them during "7 Minutes in Heaven".
And apparently the lead singer from Midtown came out too, but i left the halfway through their set and missed that one.
I had so much fun though. A much better show then i was expecting.

I'm surprised that the crowd wasn't into Panic!. When i saw them in Lowell the place went nuts the second they stepped on stage. Those special apparences seem really cool, except the whole jay-z thing. Too bad more lead singers of good bands don't hang out in northern mass.

i gotta say i'm dissapointed in not hearing "Dead on Arrival" or "Patron Saint Of Liars and Fakes" oh well.
FOB had me worried from what i've heard of their live show. but they were fucking awesome tonight. they played every song really great. so screw the haters. it was a sweet show.
oh and at the end of Saturday Andy threw his drumsticks and one hit me so i got it. yay

I can't wait til this concert. Tomorrow is Emery for me though.
also there was a lot of cameras filming.... don't know if it means anythign though. was there camera crews at the other dates?

yeah there were a few at the one on tuesday.
and our setlist was identical..except the starting line played a gppdnight's sleep too.

Agreed...they played DOA for us though...
And Christ, they played Goodnight's Sleep for us too.

For the record, that made me giggle.
But I'm glad you had a fabulous time. And I'm mad because they didn't play Homesick at Space Camp for us :(
And I don't think there were camera crews in Cleveland. If there were, I certainly didn't notice them.
