I will be doing a interview with the guys of I Am The Avalanche (http://iamtheavalanche.com/) this week. Please leave any questions or comments that you have for the band in the replies.

1. for vinny: Are any of the songs on "I Am The Avlanche" about your experiences in past bands (ie. The Movielife)

2. how did the band come about? were they friends or just random people that happened to come along? When the desicion come about to have three guitarists?

3. What do you think of the NOY album?

where has the best crowd been?
what is their favorite song on the album?
what is their favorite song that didn't end up on the album?
when is the video for their single coming out?
what do you think about when kids bring up the movielife?
if you could tour with any three bands who would they be?

How do they react to fans asking for movielife songs at IATA shows


Does it bother them that the band is labeled "ex movielife"..was it necessary for initial exposure?


How do theytake fans opinion that the orignal 6 demo songs are better than the full length,how does he think they are different?

Was vinny under contract from drive thru where he had to release the full length under them?

Is I am the avalanche there ideal band to be in?

When did vinny get The descendents tattoo of milo on his leg, and did they influence him?

Why have the bands homebase hipsterville brooklyn (kidding)..and not STRONGisland.

in his opinion, is the long island scene as strong as it was a few years ago?

Does vinny like nightmare of you, and does he still hang with the movielifes other members?

he's probably sick of being asked about it. i don't really blame him.

they covered a lifetime song at the orlando show. ask him if theyve done any other covers or if they plan on doing more on further tours

Oh man dude, I was so happy when I saw that. I opened my package and was like "hmm why is there another booklet?" and i opened it up and was like:bigsmile: . Totally unexpected, so yes, tell them I said thank you.

So i preordered and was stoked to get their signatures in the booklet and the t-shirt. ask them what song the lyrics on the back of the shirt are from. what i can gather is that they are from the song that they named the band after. there is a song called summertime...is that the song? and if so is summertime going to be released? what about the song that the lyrics are on the back of the shirt? sorry if that was confusing. this has been bugging me. I really wanted to hear summertime. I saw it listed as a bonus track for the uk but then i think AP.net denied that. Tell them Socal misses them and needs some more of "the mother-fucking avalanche." Thanks!

that is amazing, but i know that he did not title the band after that poem, he said he was writing a song and he took the name a scraped the song, maybe he googled, i am the avalanche after he named the band that or something, i thought that was sweet though.
