Created by Rob Thomas, it's a new TV show on Starz "about a group of struggling dreamers who are stuck working for tips while waiting for their big break. As employees of the L.A. catering company “Party Down,” these misfits mingle with guests at everything from sweet sixteen parties to the most lavish Hollywood soirees."
It premieres March 20th at 10:30pm et/pt.

Says Thomas, "Too often women and guest stars get stuck playing the straight man [but] in Uda, I think [writer-exec producer] John [Enbom] created a character worthy of Kristen's significant comedic talents."
Party Down premieres March 20 on Starz, and Bell appears in the May 22 season finale.

The video is directed and produced by Tyler Trautman and stars the band. It begins by front man Aaron Barrett (http://www.absolutepunk.net/topic/aaron-barrett) being shouted at by his 'boss' (played by Vince Pileggi) and then being relieved from work by his fellow band mates. They then go on to play "Party Down" and as the different styles of music are applied to the song the band enters via an elevator dressed and acting as these styles.

In some magazine that was laying in the break room at my work had an article about this show. it had a photo of kristen bell and adam scott playing kick ball. And like some other people have said I really wish I wouldn't have watched the new episodes early, now I have to wait two more weeks for a new one.

I found this show by chance the other night on Starz and thought it was so effing funny I went out and bought the first season and finished it in like a day. Instantly one of my new favorites, every episode had me dying. The whole cast is incredible. I feel so bad for Ken Marino's character haha. He reminds me of a more likable Michael Scott (Office).

Loved the premiere from this season. One of the McPoyles from It's Always Sunny as an apathetic rock god who wants to ditch his life of fucking models in penthouses and be an asshole bartender? Amazing.

Ugh, I enjoy his character on Parks and Recreation, but only because I like him so much in Party Down.

Honestly the greatest appeal to Party Down for me is the relationship.

Been watching Veronica Mars with the BF cause he hadn't seen it. Party Down made him want to watch VM. I haven't seen it in so long and we're on season 1 still and all the people that pop up that were in Party Down that I forgot about... it's just so crazy and awesome!
