Oh please, gimme a break. Give me one good reason why they shouldn't accept an offer to tour with My Chemical Romance? They'll be reaching mass amounts of kids, they'll be reaching out to a new fan base, and they'll be playing with their friends in MCR. Why shouldn't they? because MCR are "uncool sellouts"...who really gives a damn. I say more power to them and I hope they reach as many kids as they can, and blow up to MCR proportions...they deserve to.
Keith Buckley and Gerard Way are long time friends, even before MCR became huge..
Gerard Way also did his bit on one of the songs on Gutter Phenomenon...
plus, give MCR a break...they made a killer album and deserve the hype in my opinion...they're brilliant live
but of course, it's more 'scene' to talk about small bands and how their sales should be bigger and within a year or two start wining because they split up...

I got tickets for this as soon as I found out about it (about 3 months ago or something), now I know ETID are supporting, this night is going to be double awesome!
Even though I can't get home after and I've got to sleep in the train station. :(

wow... everytime i die.. is better than this. What in the hell are you talking about? My Chemical Romance are HUGE. Maybe if they toured with The Beatles or an unknown scene band instead then you'd be happy. ETID are playing big shows, which is what they deserve, so where the hell is the problem in that?
Silly talk!

MCR are just awesome, full stop, i'm sick of everyone dissing them becuase they're "mainstream" What's wrong with a band being popular! It just proves they're popular!

Being "scene" for saying that ETID is better than this? I didn't know personal opinion was "scene." I thought "scene" was caking yourself in make up, spending an hour or so on your hair and not caring about backing up a look with good music. MCR is good live. They are gimmicky (it would have been one thing to wear bullet proof vests at one show or in one video to make fun of 50 cent but to do it all the time, come on) and ther talent they showed in the studio isnt mirrored on the stage. Not on the level of ETID. That isnt saying they aren't a good band, in fact they are a great band, on CD. But I was happy to see ETID with the chariot, as it was a less "Oh i love one song by this band so ill go see them and look cool" setting. although there were a lot of "scene " kids there none the less.

wow. thank you.
sorry i love everytime i die. one of my all time faves.. but i don't like MCR.. and its not cause they are mainstream or whatever.. if a band makes music i like... then i like them regardless. it is my opinion. etid have worked very hard to make it, and they deserve to. so you people stop whining. gosh go listen to hidden in plain view. and stop this whole scene thing... its retarded.
