wow i think its a step up. There debut was a huge dissapoint, obviously production killed it. and i like that they arent going with the same formula on this ep

This is the best stuff I've heard from them... this ep really proved they can be so much more than their first album. Their debut was a bit bland, while this ep really impressed me. I guess we all should "prepare to be wrong" when we hear this ep.

the EP is OK, i agree the production completely sucks on the album, but the songs are just a lot better. I absolutely despise the first song on the EP, but the rest of it is pretty alright.

I'm a huge fan of their full length, but the produciton on this is soooo much better. Johns voice has so much more edge/desperaiton in it...just wait till you hear the new version of slow decent. The first song is very strange and i cant get into it, im not sure what they were looking for with it. But the next five songs are stellar. I get chills every time i listen to the end of slow decent and the beginning of Later that year.

I think it is... it seems to have so much more to it. It has a lot more effects and Johns voice really is amazing as he uses his full vocal range.
