The one thing in the music world, scene, community, or whatever you want to call it that really bothers me is the attitude of superiority that many people seem to get. Just from what I've seen personally, a lot of people tend to use their music tastes to judge others and get some sort of superiority complex. Even in most threads I've seen on here, there's always someone who has to come in and bash a band that someone else likes. Musical tastes vary tons from person to person and I feel like it's just not necessary to tell someone that an artist they like sucks or has no talent or whatever. If you don't have anything nice to say about someone, just don't say anything at all. Or express your opinions in a respectful, positive way. Not trying to command anyone here, I just think if everyone was more receptive to this it would be a lot more enjoyable for everyone. Music is about love, not hate. Just something I've wanted to get off my chest for awhile and I've noticed it more and more recently. Anyone agree?
