as i was casually browsing songmeanings.net i see the news feed with this;

The track is called 21st Century Breakdown, and is only a demo, and it will not appear on the album. It's not whaat I expected from the band but thats probably why its not going to be on the album. Regardless of how you feel about it, it will probably quench your thirs for new Green Day Material.

This isn't true. The song is going to appear on the album. Proof: Their article in the new Rolling Stone. They mention that "21st Century Breakdown" is the first song on the record.
