My laptop is fixed! A guy from Dell came by my house earlier and put in a new motherboard. Those Asians sure know how to take apart computers and put them back together really well. :woot:

This guy kinda looked a little of both. Maybe Filipino. But he was nice so that was good. Oh and he had a lazy eye, haha.

I imagine it would have been a lot since it was a new motherboard and he pretty much took apart the whole computer.

Haha that's what I'm talkin about. My phone got smashed a couple weeks ago and we got that shit replaced for free too. Only bad thing with that was that it deleted all my pictures and a lot of my phonebook. :(

yeah my phone broke this summer and i got a new one for free but i lost my whole phonebook it was very annoying

If my problem keeps happening, he said it was probably something to do with the screen. Although I haven't had any problems yet with it and it's running smooth as hell. What it was doing though was this: I'd just be using it or whatever and it'd make this sizzling sound and then the screen would shut off. The power was still on and I think it could still work, but yeah it was annoying.

you;re going to need the usb cable or maybe your laptop already has a slot for the memory card
