I noticed on your MySpace that you lost almost 80 pounds in two months...mind explaining how the hell you pulled that off?

i forgot that i only eat one meal a day which i've done my whole life, but when i did eat it was like a lean cuisine frozen dinner and maybe a banana.
it was very unconventional and probably dangerous, but at least i wasn't bulimic.

I meant no soda at all when I said that just to clear that up. Didn't know if you thought I meant just drinking diet soda.

I always enjoyed riding an exercise bike with my headphones on. I hate running, and I did my share of it through my high school years by playing sports all year. I've never had weight problems (6'2" 185lbs,) but it's great exercise for people who don't like to run. It's a good way to clear your mind as well. I suggest everyone try it.

I'm your height, but I weigh 225. I'm trying to get down to your exact weight, oddly enough.

Yeah, excercise bikes are always a good alternatives, especially if you live in a humid place like I do where its always 95 degrees and you can't go outside to run until like 8 at night.

Haha I'm that tall and I WISH I weighed that much. Even when I was playing football and basketball in high school I still couldn't lose that much weight. You kinda learn to deal with it, but it still sucks because girls usually don't take the time to find out that I am a good guy, just pack a little more around the mid section.

It's not been easy so far, but I don't mind dieting. It's not terrible like most people think, just watch what you eat, cut out soda and try not to eat anything at all after a certain time at night. Do that and combine it with exercise and you'll lose weight sooner or later.

Don't even sweat it, I was 270 at one time and I got all the way down to around 210. I hovered around 215-220 for a while, and then got up to about 235. Then lost about 10 lbs and i'm back down to where I am now, 225.

I'm like terrified of things like heart disease so I cut my fried food intake down, a lot. Most of the meat i eat now is fish or grilled chicken. I could never drink soda to begin with because my stomach doesn't tolerate the sugar content too well. Mountain Dew fucks me up.
But yeah, my friend got discouraged this summer but like after a month of little change he lost 20 lbs in the next two weeks. He was 6'2" 250, now he's 220 I believe, he dropped the diet but kept the execise, he seems pretty content with himself.
BTW, the Thrice album is growing on me already...

the thing is that ive never been a huge fan of eating, just drinking diet pepsi so i only eat if i have to. in the past month ive gone a few days without eating because ive been too sick from depression, so i would have rather starved than throw up.
My brother just got a scale and I almost cried, haha. 280 here at 6'2.
yeah when i found out i weighed 256 last summer, i was depressed. its normal to be freaked out by that.
