I'm so easy to read. haha
But that album means so much to me emotionally.
For some reason the thing I remember most about this song was the note at the top of the tab:
"NOTE: This is DEF. not for beginners, this is actually pretty hard."
I was like, oh no! Then I proceeded to learn it in 8 minutes and 47 seconds. Yes, I timed myself.

It opened up very strong, it was unbelievable in the middle up through the title track, and then it fell off in the end. It's not as good as Full Collapse but I'd take it over Deja without a second thought.

This Song Brought To You By A Falling Bomb is probably my favorite song on that CD. It's just different from anything they'd done before (obviously). Geoff even kind of sounds like Billy Corgan on that song.

Back on Brand New... lol I seriously raved about them all day today. Mostly still going on the excitement that they finally updated with big news last night. But yes, this is one of the best songs ever, and the bridge is my favorite. It just really hits me sometimes. It's almost scary.
And I want the Thrice version! I've been looking for it.
And now I think I'm going to go listen to Deja Entendu.

Well...my favorite of all time would probably be "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd. Only five songs long, but the length of a regular album. It's like a musical journey, haha. I love love love David Gilmoure (the guitarist).

I agree, Wish You Were Here and Have a Cigar are both great "singles" with strong song writing, while the other three build up slowly to gret, epic finishes
