Good, because A Crow Left Of The Murder kinda sucked (except for the title track).

Incubus are one of the most underrated bands today. i know you might say "they have millions of fans worldwide!" but Mike Einziger's guitar talent is taken for granted. he's amazing
oh and have you heard the new songs? they had like 2 or 3 on the soundtrack for that shitty movie "Stealth" but the songs were good. they might even be available on their site

I heard this really jazz esque instrumental and his guitar work was amazing, i'm not a huge fan of them though

S.C.I.E.N.C.E. is a very good album, indeed. Although I like most of Make Yourself and a few songs from Morning View. I haven't listened to A Crow... much.

That guy was awesome. Dirk was one of the kings of funk bass. Just listen to Redefine.
incubus are a very underrated band. Mike is a fantasitic guitarist, Brandon's vocals are melodic yet powerful and Jose's drumming is :wow: . He is probably the most underrated member of the band. Listen to the drumming on Make Yourself. Holy shit!

Follow truly is bitching.

Yeah, but Crow was a major letdown for me
I've actually never heard that in full. I heard a few songs and didn't really like it, figured the rest of the album wasn't worth hearing.

Yeh, it's not. Morning View SCIENCE and Make Yourself more then make up for that one though.

Yeah those three were terrific. I should check out Crow, I trust Andy's taste in music.

It just didn't click with me for some reason. I haven't listened to it since like 2 months after it came out. Maybe I'll give it one more try

It's not like "Make" that sets in at once, it will need a few spins.

here's my view:
SCIENCE was their most innovative, but not my type of thing cuz I'm not really into any metal-ish music
Make Yourself was the best-selling but only because it was the most bland. I mean i still love it more than other things but it was definitely a small step down for them to reach mainstream listeners
Morning View - dunno what to say. kickass. incredibly light/breezy atmosphere on almost every song
Crow left of the Murder - my favorite. it's more innovative than Make Yourself but the songs have that quality (harder and louder than Morning View) that's just great and it's not as "intense" as SCIENCE. but many people would probably say science is the best
and not many people have heard this, but listen to "Fungus Amongus". it's before SCIENCE but by far one of the best and Mike is more in charge than usual. you know the song Deep Inside? like that. but for all of em. "Psychocilibin" solo is amazing

i own like 90% of everything theyve ever released.
its safe to say they're my favorite band.
they announced going back into the studio a couple weeks ago.
right after that Surf documentary premeried.
i cant wait for new stuff.
as if i dont have enough incubus to listen to already.
what ever happened to releasing all those live bootlegs?

At first I was disappointed. But it really grows on you. It has some of the best songs they have ever written on it. Just listen to the title track and Sick Sad Little World. That song just blows my mind. The guitar and drums are impeccable

thank you, i'm pretty much just spamming the forum before i sleep all day. i've had that shirt for ages. acqueous transmission is the last song on either make yourself or the one before it. it's the song with all the frogs at the end. "i'm floating down the river"
Aqua is on Morning View, and it's (another) wicked song.

Fuck yeah, they do awesome acoustic stuff. I Miss You is good and they have an acoustic Certain Shade Of Green floating around out there that's really different from the metal-infused album version.

The new video, Make A Move, is sweet aswell. Both song and video. Apart from the naked Jamie Foxx clips.

I will agree with that. First time I heard it I thought it was a piece of shit but its grown on me a bit. Hope they get back to writing songs like the ones that came with the Red Rocks DVD. Those songs were awesome, especially Follow. What were the other songs on the Stealth soundtrack like?
