I was at one of my good friend's 18th birthday party this saturday. Everyone was dancing and having a good time. I sat down for a bit with this guy I know, but am not really close to and had a drink. It was really loud, so we went outside on the balcony and sat on a bench and talked.

Then he started kissing me, and I tried to get him to stop, but he didn't and was groping me all over. Then my best guy friend came out and saw us and pulled the creep off of me. They started fighting and my friend got a black eye, and the other guy got knocked out.

I feel really bad about the whole situation. Almost getting raped, one of my best friends getting a black eye, and ruining my other friend's b-day party.

Then I got home after sitting in the car and crying, and my mom starts yelling at me for getting home so late and not calling. She wouldn't even let me explain what happened, and quite honestly, I don't want her to know. She will make a big deal out of everything. I don't want to be known as the girl who almost got raped. No thanks. I just want things to go back to normal.
