has anyone on hre ever used them? I've been stress eating a LOT lately and I think I've gained around 10 lbs, but if I just do the diet I usually do whenI get weight it'll take a month to take that off. I was thinking about investing in Hydroxycut or something. Anyone have any opinions/
You don't look fat at all. Don't take diet pills, just exercise more!

You don't look fat at all. Don't take diet pills, just exercise more!the problm with that is that I live in the middle of nowhere on an unpaved backroad. I can't go walking because it's cold and snowy, and the nearest gym that I can afford is 45 minutes away.

i forget exactly what it is that is in hydroxycut but i know for a fact that it can cause you to have a heartattack. if you're sooo set on diet pills get natural ones like MEGA-T which has green tea and all these herbs in it. you can even get them with hoodia in it which curbs hunger. if you get hydroxycut and die of a heartattack...don't say i didn't tell you so!

Based on your age, I would assume that you're a freshmen in college? I could be totally wrong with that. If so, it's probably just the freshmen fifteen. I don't know anyone who didn't put on a few pounds last semester, myself included.

I don't think diet pills are a good idea. You said you live far away from a gym, but do you have a treadmill or something you can use? Or just run on the spot haha. Just completely commit yourself to losing weight. Cut down on fattening foods, don't eat right before bed and only drink water. I think that might make a difference.

This.
I wouldn't take diet pills; it's just not a great idea .in general anything you do that makes you lose weight abnormally quick is bad because a.) it's not healthy b.) you will gain the weight back (possibly plus some) in a snap as soon as you go back to your regular routine.

To be honest, you don't need diet pills to lose weight, in fact you don't have to spend a dime to do so. The best things to do is: 1. Cut back on consuming things such as soda, sweets, salty snacks, alcohol, etc. Doing this will suck, but it will pay off in the long run, plus it gets easier and easier to do it as time goes along. 2. Try not to eat after 7 P.M.. Eating before 7 gives your body time to digest and let your natural metabolism do its job. 3. Exercise when you can. If you can't do something like going out for a job or riding a bike, then do some sit-ups and some push-ups. This will help you burn off what you eat faster and will do it much better than the diet pills will. Just do those things and the weight will come flying off. I know this because I did this a couple of summers ago to lose close to 50 pounds and its worked well for me since.

the only diet pill you ever need is your finger
I took Hydroxycut and I lost like 10 lbs in one week with dieting, drinking lots of water, and excercising.
Just keep hydrated, they aren't magic pills you have to put effort into it still you'll just see faster results.

I'm going to echo everyone else in saying that it's not the greatest idea and you shouldn't do it. That being said...
I know sometimes it's not about knowing better or being healthy, it's about being [whatever weight]. I took Zantrax-3 during the end of last year, and yeah, it worked. Of course, the main ingredient is caffeine, which is an appetite suppressant, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that little-no appetite leads to a smaller calorie consumption which leads to weight loss. So yeah, it works. BUT, there's always a catch if you're taking "the easy way out". It's way too easy to get addicted to the caffeine and the rush you get, and taking more so that you're barely eating. Oh, and did I mention how bad the crash is? Or how bad the withdrawal headaches are? My advice... don't start 'em to begin with.
