passion of the clerks teaser trailer

Has anyone else seen it? Its been spreading on the web, but I think its a fake. My main reason is because at the end the clerks logo is plastered over a passion of the christ logo. I mean you can still see the word "christ" underneath the word clerks. Anyone know the word on its legitimacy

Im telling ya. the trailer is phony. that or Kevin Smith is going to be writing a big fat check to Mel Gibson for using that logo so blatantly.
