- The way the album starts with a bang and the lyrics "we will cheat you out of everything you were, we will sell you who you are."
- The ending to Hold On For Your Dearest Life, around 2:54
- The guitar riff throughout A Year Spent Cold, as well as the lyrics throughout
- 2:08 in This Was Never where the whole songs comes together
- 2:05 in Cover Up "cover up wrap your wrists in gauze" the catchiest part of any song ever written
- "a life worth living can't be saved"
- We Give Up Some Times, just in general it fucking rocks
- The chorus of I Quit My Scene
- The AMAZING way that Clear and Conscious ends the album

Cover Up. But RIGHT behind it is A Year Spend Cold, or We Give Up Sometimes and I Quit My Scene. Fuck, I love everyone of the songs off of the cd. :(
