to be fair, just because your team had the most points didn't make it the best team. you just had certain really great weeks. the five week losing streak toward the end of the season didn't help.

bullshit, roto leagues certainly aren't about great weeks - it all counts equally. it should always be about total performance, not week to week and the strength of an "opponent" that you can't control. That's why I like fantasy baseball usually - it rewards skill and not luck, unlike fantasy football. Pretty pissed I'm shelling out 100+ bucks for a league I feel I won. I think it's a valid complaint.

then why, when there were so many complaints earlier in the season didn't we just agree that the league should play out but with no money involved? the majority of us clearly didn't like SOMETHING about the format so instead of going on with it and hearing about this NOW we should've done something about it when we had the chance - not when someone who feels he should have won starts bitching about it.

I said I was mad at myself, not the league. Never once would I ever consider not paying or canceling the format once we started. Totally unfair to the leaders at the time. I never once said nor would ever say the payout would change - so fuck yourself.
