comes across so well with Garfield removed. Basically every single strip is the guy being lonely or going batshit crazy.

Half of the Garfield Minus Garfield comics aren't that funny (particularly more recent ones), but when they hit the mark, they are AMAZING. Really, who thought that such a simple concept could be so hilarious? I think it's genius.

I have not however seen Scott Meets Family Circus until just now. That's great stuff.
