Did they really get into the studio already? Fuckin awesome, I guess that means they got a label?

I think anyone who's read my recs over the past couple weeks knows I'm obsessed with these songs. Do they sound like Gatsby's? NO! But as some might say, this band has got "the Gatsby." Really amazing stuff.

Beware the Jub Jub has one of the better choruses I've heard in a long time. And both of those new demos have really amazing endings. Jub Jub still knocks me off my feet whenever I hear it, it's that good.

He recorded This Providence's "Our Worlds Divorce" which is a beautiful record. He's done a few other bands that are escaping my mind right now. I want a new This Providence record!

forgive durden write such intelligent lyrics that sometimes it even seems like they're trying too hard. but they aren't, it's just that good. the end of "Beware the Jub Jub Bird" gives me the chills every time i listen to it. i always say how no other band puts the lyrics to the music and the music to the lyrics as well as they do. i cannot wait for more new stuff.

That is one of the best songs ever. I love the 2 demos...Casey Bates will do a wonderful job with this record. FBR needs to sign them, they have some really good bands and this would only make them better.

- the guitar structuring
- the bass ( at times )
- the singers voice is similar ( not always but in the new demos for sure )
- the vibe

It's not a bad thing at all. I just hear strong similarities to GAD in the demo songs.
