i think eda is a terrific mod

I've both moderated and ran my own forum, she really does do a fine job. Most of you don't know the headaches that go into doing this sort of job, because everytime something goes wrong, everyone looks at you to fix it up to their liking. The only problem is, you cannot please everyone, and the people you don't please are gonna bitch to you and claim you can't do your job. You can't win as a moderator or administrator on a forum. I don't know why it's such a highly regarded job and everyone wants it, but Eda comes here and does all she can to maintain the forum. I would think people would realize that.

AP as a community does some sense of justice, because people wouldn't respect Dom if he continued to harrass you. People stuck up for you in your threads, didn't they? Eda can't be expected to mother everyone on this site. Then again, I don't know what happened. I just don't like personal attacks, like "You look fat" or "You don't do your job."

I tried to explain that but people think I'm just "biased" so I don't do my job. God, I'd love to see someone else try to keep this forum under control.

But the problem here I think is that out of courtesy, you should respect the fact that he does care even if you don't understand why he does. You're antagonizing him and then people see you do it, so they think it's ok for them to (like EnderDove). Then you've got Greg going on the defense and it just escalates even more.

That's exactly what I said to him. I told him to ignore it AFTER I PMed Dom about it. But obviously, Greg turned it into, "you think it's funny too? I thought you were different." when I never even said that.

But whatever. I shouldn't be doing this, and I won't anymore. I'm done. You guys start whatever other thread you want, I'm staying out of it. I don't care whose feelings get hurt anymore, I've done the best I can and if none of you are going to listen, then deal with the consequences.
