Adding show dates & music to band profile

I think you have to set your band up on bandsintown.com and it pulls tour info from that... no one seems to be willing to confirm this though.

I can't even get on my band page to update it! We don't have a picture or anything and I've tried messaging the staff. I have heard nothing though.
